“Excellent location, friendly staff all for a good price!”. We stayed on April in the Arenal Bromelias and was a terrific experience!!! Clean rooms with A/C, nice pool, wi fi, a computer for guest use, great security, parking and also breakfast included!! If you are looking where to stay for a reasonable price then this is your place!!! Fully recommended!!!! ”

Hotel Arenal Bromelias, located in La Fortuna, San Carlos

The hotel has a swimming pool available for adults and children, a fresh open air restaurant for breakfast, wireless internet throughout the hotel, and laundry service. We also have an in-house Information Center where you can plan and organize your activities right in the comforts of the hotel; everything from adventure tours, Arenal volcano hikes, hot springs, and more. We also offer ground and air transportation service across the country, all without having to leave the hotel. As our hotel guest you will benefit from special prices as well.

Reservation

All reservations must be made by phone at (506)2479-9010 or e-mail: info@hotelarenalbromelias.com.
The reservation will be confirmed when we've received the deposit (50% of service total cost).
All reservations must be fully paid at least 5 days before the arrival date.
For Agencies, varies according to the contract stipulations.

Payment

Deposits must be made to the following accounts: BAC San Jose, account name: Inmobiliaria Corporativa Marquesa LF S. A (Legal ID: 3-101-381969)

Cancellation

In case of cancellation and if done 15 days before the guest's arrival no charge will be made.
If cancellation is made between 14 and 7 days before date of arrival the guest will be charged 50% of the agreed fee for the first night.
If cancellation is made 6 days before the guest arrival, must pay 100% of the agreed fee for the first night.
If the guest fails to arrive (no show) they must pay 100% of the agreed fee for the entire reservation.
